Refunds & Returns Policy

The Refund & Return Policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy DOES NOT covers our online sales.

How Many Days Do I Have To Return My Item(s)?

We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered within 14 days of delivery. The 14 day window starts on the day you receive the item at your delivery location.

To notify us of your return, please contact our customer support team through live chat or email.

​

Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 7 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us.

You do not have to provide any reason for the return. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason of your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our products and the experience for our customers.

What Items am I allowed to Return?

You may return items that are unopened. We cannot accept items that have been used or tampered with.

Can I Exchange Items?

​

Yes, if you are unhappy with the product (for example the fragrance) you may return it (at your own cost) for an exchange, however we ask that the items be returned upon immediate receipt and in an unused condition.

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

​

For all orders you will have to cover the price of the return. However, we will cover the cost of postage to deliver your new item(s) to yourself up to a maxmin delivery charge of £10.

If I Would Like A Refund for an item(s), What Should I Expect?

If you return your order within the 7 day window aforementioned, we will refund you by whichever payment method you used to complete your purchase. Refunds will be processed on receipt of your returned item(s).

How Much Will The Refund Be?

​

The refund will only cover the cost of the item(s) purchased if there was more than one item in that order. If you have ONLY bought ONE item from our shop, the full cost of your order plus shipping will be refunded.

 

If however you wish to return ALL items, you will receive a FULL refund including shipping, however, to send any items back for a refund, YOU must cover the cost of postage. We recommend using HERMES.
